Tutima Patria Dual Time – Higher, faster, further. Why not more beautiful?

Modest gold watches made with superior manufacturing skill, have a centuries-old tradition in Germany. After Glashütte’s new rise, the watchmakers and their fine watches were able to attain a world-renowned reputation once again. With the Patria, we keep Glashütte’s deep-rooted horological tradition alive: the watch must be noble, beautiful, and precise.

Glashütte down to the smallest detail. – The finely silver-plated dial at first reveals nothing of the exquisite movement inside the Patria. Reserved and elegant, it displays the hours, minutes, and seconds, the latter within an unusually large, off-center scaled circle. The connoisseur, however, suspects the remarkable technology hidden behind the perfect, hand-finished hands.

Tutima preserves old Glashutte traditions while founding its own with the new watch model family Patria with its own manufactory movement. The name of this model line, which is derived from the Latin word for fatherland and homeland, symbolizes the return of Tutima to its roots in Glashutte in Saxony. The first model takes its visuals from the strictly limited minute repeater HOMMAGE that was completely fabricated in Glashutte. Its manually wound Caliber 619, developed and produced in the manufacture, is derived from the complicated movement of the celebrated HOMMAGE. The sapphire crystal case back of the Patria allows the observer an unimpeded view of the fine, gold-plated movement with its striking three-quarter plate, a component typical of nineteenth-century Glashutte pocket watches. Its large surface is decorated with an even strip finish, which allows the three screw-mounted gold chatons containing ruby jewels to visually come forward in a prominent way.

Polished 18k rose gold case (43 mm in diameter, 11 mm thick), Sapphire crystal closed case-back
Opalin white dial with guilloche sub-dial, Rose gold hands with blue 2nd time zone hand, Rose gold indices
Small second and 2nd time zone display sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position, Scratch resistant anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal
Manual wind movement, Tutima caliber 619, 20 jewels, Power reserve of 65 hours, Water resistant to 5 ATM/50 meters/165 feet
Black leather strap with stitching, Pin buckle, Fits up to a 9 inch wrist
